Join me Monday - Friday at 8:30 am EST for 25 minutes of guided meditation and contemplative action. I’ll be holding “Space for Stillness” so that we can nurture our spirits and awaken connection to ourselves and to one another.

Space for Stillness will be offered at least through May 15th. Join daily or whenever you simply need a gentle reminder of goodness.
